Have you been holding yourself back from growing and scaling because it just seems like it will require so much more work hours and time away from taking care of yourself and your family?
I've been there! And I want to share what changed the game for me.
There is a way to scale, to profit more, to make a bigger impact, to stay in the game WITHOUT working more hours, taking more calls, hiring and managing more people, and feeling sucked dry by your business.
Let me go over what you need to know for scaling in 2025:
1 - Less volume, better leads.
Instead of focusing on growing your Instagram or spending more on ads, only to end up on sales calls that go nowhere, you need a system that PRE-SELLS your prospects BEFORE they ever reach out.
In 2025, buyers are sophisticated. They have preferences from years of experience in other coaching programs, courses, events, etc.
This is the age of nurturing. Clients want to spend time with you before they purchase.
So, give them a way to spend time with you without it being your LIVE time.
The solution is two-fold.
1) Build a YouTube Channel
There’s no better way to build trust at scale. A well-crafted YouTube video nurtures your audience 24/7—creating connection, credibility, and demand without you lifting a finger. Do it right, and these videos become evergreen assets that attract premium clients long-term… no sales calls required.
2) Paid Ads
It’s never been a better time to escape the content hamster wheel and reclaim your time. Paid ads—when done right—outperform organic efforts and scale your business faster. But the game has changed. Most ad agencies are overpriced and outdated. Fire them. Learn the new strategy and take your power (and profit) back.
Now, you can’t just add these offers in and think they’ll sell because they actually EACH require the problem>solution framework.
Think about it like this:
If I hand you an ice cream cone, you’ll be happy for a few minutes until the ice cream starts to drip down your hand (problem), then you’ll need a napkin (solution).
Then give it a few more minutes, and you’ll get thirsty (problem) and you’ll need a drink of water (solution).
Then give it an hour and you’ll need access to a restroom (problem)...you get the idea?
Each of your offers needs to solve the next problem your client will face after they implement the first solution.
This also allows you to add pricing tiers and different tracks for different learning behaviors and personalities.
More profit with each client and each client staying longer means more profit for you and less work chasing new clients.
